- Agreement
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Faith Journey Church (“Organization,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of the Faith Journey Church QuickBooks SSO App (“Application”).
By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

- Purpose of the Application
The Application is intended solely to provide authorized users of Faith Journey Church with secure single sign-on (“SSO”) access and related integration functionality for QuickBooks services used internally by the Organization.
The Application is provided exclusively for internal church operations and administrative purposes.

- License Grant
Faith Journey Church grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for authorized church-related purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.

- Authorized Users
Use of the Application is restricted to:
- Employees
- Volunteers
- Contractors
- Ministry leaders
- Other individuals specifically authorized by Faith Journey Church
You may not share access credentials or permit unauthorized individuals to use the Application.

- Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Application
- Use the Application for unlawful purposes
- Circumvent authentication or security controls
- Interfere with or disrupt the Application or related systems
- Use the Application outside the scope of church business

- Data and Privacy
The Application may access or process certain account information necessary to authenticate users and facilitate QuickBooks integration functionality.
Faith Journey Church will make reasonable efforts to protect organizational and user data; however, no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

- Third-Party Services
The Application may integrate with third-party services, including:
- Intuit QuickBooks
- Intuit authentication services
- Cloud hosting or identity providers
Use of those services may also be subject to separate terms and privacy policies maintained by those providers.

- Availability
The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
Faith Journey Church does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or continued support of the Application.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time.

- Termination
Faith Journey Church may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including if:
- You violate this Agreement
- Your relationship with the Organization ends
- Your access is no longer required for church operations
Upon termination, your right to use the Application immediately ceases.

- Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faith Journey Church shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Application.

- Changes to this Agreement
Faith Journey Church may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
